Role:


As a Drafter I, you join a team responsible for the creation and modification of telecommunication infrastructure drawings.


You will assist in the creation and modification of telecommunication drawings in a team environment.


Responsibilities:



  • Drive development of technical aptitude

  • Utilize resources to create and modify telecommunication infrastructure drawings

  • Work towards consistently meeting quality and production goals


Expectations:



  • Meticulous attention to detail balanced with a production mindset

  • Communicate clearly and concisely

  • Learn software and specialized system tools

  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams


Education/Certifications:  



  • Technical degree in Computer Aided Drafting or equivalent work experience and/or training


Experience/Minimum Requirements:  



  • AutoCAD training or experience required

  • Can demonstrate technical aptitude through education or past experience

  • Construction or surveying field experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of wireless communications a plus

  • Experience with 3D design, BIM, Civil 3D, and model creation from point cloud or photogrammetry models is a plus

  • Process automation experience is a plus

  • Coding experience is a plus

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
