Role 


The Supplier Management Analyst II will support the business by helping to manage supplier on-boarding, supplier information and 3rd party risk across Crown’s supplier base.  The Supplier Management Analyst II will be responsible for supplier onboarding due diligence as well as ongoing, post-contract supplier management activities (i.e. identifying key changes to overall risk profile, etc.) and the management of supplier records in Crown’s various systems.  In addition, the Supplier Management Analyst will identify and recommend management opportunities to continually improve the overall supplier onboarding, supplier risk management, and data management processes (in partnership with key stakeholders across the organization).


 


Responsibilities 



  • Create and distribute monthly and quarterly supplier status reports, key supplier metrics, key risk indicators, and periodic updates to key business stakeholders

  • Track, analyze and report on Supplier Management service levels, milestones, activities, and all incoming requests for Supplier Management assistance via Service Now.

  • Serve as escalation point for the resolution of supplier inquiries, issues, and all other internal Supplier Management requests.

  • Mentor members of the Supplier Management team to help develop skills and ensure they understand new processes and procedures.

  • Train and advise internal business teams on the supplier management processes

  • Lead efforts to conduct targeted quality assurance reviews of supplier data accuracy and consistency across systems as well as ensure compliance with established controls for supplier record creation and maintenance.

  • Review current processes and procedures related to supplier onboarding and monitoring and provide appropriate recommendations to management for updates and opportunities for improvement.

  • Execute on periodically assigned Supplier Management process improvement initiatives as assigned by Manager and /or Director.

Education/Certifications   



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred and/or equivalent experience


 


Experience/Minimum Requirements   



  • 2 - 5 years of experience in supply chain management, business operations and/or related field

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (i.e. JDE, Oracle)

  • Knowledge of 3rd party supplier risk management systems (i.e. Avetta)

  • Knowledge of supplier information management systems (i.e. Coupa)

  • Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
