Role Responsibilities

Plan and monitor finished goods bottled production and inventory levels in-plant and at outside warehouses to meet sales demands, with minimizing inventory costs. Set inventory levels to insure sufficient production is available to meet sales requirements.

• Schedule bottled production and manage changes and updates in a timely manner.
• Create logical and efficient bottling schedules in accordance to the bottling/shipping/processing requirements and limitations, and insure they are entered correctly in SAP.
• Review order volume for bottled products on a daily basis to ensure orders are met within the established lead time while balancing inventory levels, operational efficiency, and customer service.
• Pursue continuous improvement activities for bottling strategy, sequencing and productivity.
• Provide input into recipe review discussions and maintain recipes in SAP
• Maintain SAP Set Up/Changeover Matrix
• Align with Supply Planner on Product Lifecycles, New Project Management, Discontinuations, BOM creation and Product Versions.
• Work with Materials Team on Material Confirmation of raw material supplies to ensure production schedules are met.
• Align with operations team on priorities and labor shifts available
• Run and distribute reports as assigned
• Maintain working knowledge of domestic and export customer's packaging requirements. Communicate all special instructions to Bottling and Shipping personnel.
• Oversee compliance with governmental regulations, including TTB and Customs.
• Assist production team to ensure process orders are closed in a timely manner.
• Adhere to and promote environmental health and safety as one of the organization's business priorities.
• Promote and adhere to Food Safety, 5S and ISO standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum two years of general office experience, bottling experience preferred.

• Ability to research and compile data.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to perform general math.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Access.
• Good working knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• HACCP, ISO or Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Must have mobility to access all areas of the Plant, good visual acuity (correctable), good sense of hearing (correctable), and a valid driver's license.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
