The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a group of properties as assigned by the Vice President, Property & Asset Management. This role will provide input on the strategic decisions that affect the functional site operations. The Regional Property Manager is seen as a leader among the Property Management team, and therefore will be involved in the hiring, training, and managing of direct reports, as well as assisting those direct reports with goal setting and managing their annual performance reviews.

• Oversee and direct day-to-day property operations across the portfolio, including direct management of the Property Managers


• Maximize income and control costs for each property


• Responsible for the monthly review of financial reporting and budget variance analysis, and overseeing the annual budgeting process with Property Managers and Owners


• Design and implement competitive and effective incentive compensation programs


• Oversee marketing/advertising plans for their sites


• Ensure risk management and safety practices are implemented and followed at the site level


• Perform regular site visits to ensure that all office and maintenance procedures are being adhered to, including audits of lease and office files, revenue collection procedures, government regulations, make-ready standards, and preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

• Position requires at least three (3) years of experience in on-site property management and one year of experience as a Property Manager. Must have a background in supervision and a successful track record of accomplishments.

Salary: $25,000.00
