The Interim Director of Pharmacy Services will maintain leadership over a department of 60 employees consisting of pharmacists, techs, and other healthcare personnel. The Interim Director of Pharmacy Services will collaborate with their team and other leaders to develop staff education programs, analyze performance improvement initiatives, and manage the service line fiscal budget.
