Position Summary:
Oversee the 3rd shift Sanitation Department to ensure employees are working safely and all equipment and surrounding areas are clean and sanitary nightly. Position will monitor and control all chemical use within department to include safe usage, dispensing, and inventories. As well as keeping all quality and food safety records /data up to date nightly.

Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of plant safety programs
- Possess leadership and personnel skills to direct a successful team
- Strong knowledge of food safety program and ability to meet our quality standards
- Ability to train, motivate and provide performance feedback to the sanitation employees.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with all other plant departments
