Position Summary


As a Homecare Homebase Sr Product Manager, you are on the front lines with customers. Because you care about making the lives of nearly 200,000 users better, you strive to listen to their needs and to understand their challenges.  Because you also have your eye on Homecare Homebase as a business, you develop strategies to address these challenges in a way that differentiates Homecare Homebase from its competitors.  As you gather numerous stakeholder perspectives, you continue our legacy of delivering exceptional and innovative products. 


Your blend of business and technical savviness, understanding of industry trends, and your drive to execute makes you successful. 


Day to day, you are responsible for developing and evangelizing the strategy that will help your products to deliver on the company mission and vision. That includes collaboration with internal and external customers, driving project priorities, and ensuring smooth communication among your peer product management teammates.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the product line from strategic planning to oversight of respective tactical execution by product owners

  • Be passionate about working across the full product lifecycle, from design to development, from research to implementation and managing growth

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to deliver internal/external impact analysis on the:

    • Product

    • Customer

    • Market


  • Interact with customers, regulatory bodies, consultants, partner vendors, and certification entities

  • Translate regulatory language into prioritized business objectives

  • Engage users to understand user implications of regulations

  • Understand product workflows and the problems they are intended to solve

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap   

  • Collaborate with the UX team to create mockups, user journeys, and storyboards   

  • Evangelize your products through sales collateral, internal education sessions, and customer webinars


 


Requirements 



  • 5+ years of experience in a product-focused role within a technology company

  • Prior experience working or leading a product team

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with minimal supervision

  • Proven ability to innovate and execute on business objectives 

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams

  • Excellent customer relationship skills

  • Home Health/Hospice/Personal Care/Palliative experience desired

  • This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (25%)
