Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, UCLA Hospital System, in this role you will be responsible for performance improvement project management, complex analyses, and development of organizational policies, procedures, practices, and cost-benefit studies on a Hospital System-wide basis as needed. You will assure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, assists with research, and provides administrative support to Operations as requested. Attendance of various Operations and Departmental meetings is expected to facilitate learning and the Fellow’s overall experience.

 

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited program with an MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN, MHI, or closely-related graduate program by summer 2023 required.
