Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES The National Security Agency (NSA) currently has opportunities at the Fort Gordon, Georgia location for highly motivated Designers to provide facilities design expertise, guidance, and support to the development and implementation of commercial solutions that enable capabilities in alignment with mission driven priorities. Our Designers are responsible for the look and feel of facilities, from an interiors perspective, across the entire NSA enterprise. As a Designer, you will be a valuable member of the design team that implements workspace solutions based on project requirements developed through customer interaction and data collection.
As a Designer at NSA, responsibilities may include:
- Facilities planning and space programming
- Develop conceptual furniture layouts
- Develop furniture layouts, design packages, cost estimates and project schedules
- Development of designs for new and renovated commercial facilities.
- Provide construction detailing
- Conduct code analysis
- Project management
- Facility integration
- Facility Operations updates

- Design safety plans and programs to comply with laws, regulations, and policies PAY BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position.
On-the job training, internal NSA courses, and external training will be made available based on the need and experience of the selectee.
Salary Range: $66,214 - $103,176 (Full Performance) NSA Georgia location
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with basic 8hr/day work requirements between 0600 and 1800 (flexible).
