We are currently seeking New Home Sales Consultants for our communities in the DFW metroplex. The New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in their assigned community. The right candidate will be proficient in coordinating all aspects of the home buying process and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Sell the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotas
Learn, master, and utilize company specific sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policies
Training will be provided
Establish partnerships with local real estate agents and brokerages through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow up
Support offered from in-house marketing team as needed
Attend real estate networking functions
Host real estate functions
Become an expert on the company's product lines, subdivisions and relative community facilities
Greet all prospective customers who enter the model home
Tour prospective customers, learning their needs and selling the features of the home appropriately
Keep model home site well maintained and presentable at all times, including adhering to company standards for the presentation of marketing materials
This position requires weekend and evening hours. The right candidate will have excellent earning potential. It is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual sales consultant.
