Qualis Corporation is seeking a mid-level Allied Capabilities Integration - Military Operations Analyst to support operations at Schriever AFB, CO.
Duties Include:
Provides support to Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for development and execution of experiments and war games exploring allied capabilities integration into missile defense and related international engagements.
Coordinate program involvement, develop Wargame planning schedules, and provide liaison between international participants and US elements.
Plan events and training within scheduled time-frames and provide status reports.
Plan conferences, coordinate facilities and assist in event execution and facilitate war game execution.
Provide joint planning, foreign affairs, international engagement and theater security cooperation expertise as required during exercises and war games.
Support event facilitation, design analysis and reporting and wargame control as required.
Provide quality control analysis of reports from experiments and war games to provide an assessment of allied integration efforts.
Attend and support conferences, meetings and briefings as required.
Required Skills/Experience :
Strong understanding of Missile Defense and Combatant Commands' areas of responsibility
Understanding of strategic plans and policy
Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience
Travel: 10%
Must be a U.S. Citizen
An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Desired Skills : BMD war gaming experience with Allies
