Colson Group USA is seeking a Weld Operator in our Jonesboro, AR location. The Manual Weld Operator will be part of a team that performs welding and metal forming duties according to written or oral instructions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Follow written and/or oral work instructionsOperate welding and metal forming machinesIdentify machine problems and report them as neededOrder material based on current job requirementsPerform machine set up and verificationsWeld and/or form product based on BOM, work instructions and job travelersVerify product conformance to specification(s)Perform WIP inspection as required to achieve a quality productEnsure that finished products are completed and meet the standards of qualityKeep assigned areas neat and orderlyOther duties as assigned
