SUMMARY: Serve as point of contact for assigned customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:

Builds and maintains positive relationship and provides excellent customer serviceResponsible for manual order entry inquiries/concerns, order status including expediting, delivery schedules and replacement needs; order holds and backorder reportsUtilizes the CRM to document activities and account summary notes to ensure customer satisfactionAssist in New Hire employee training and act as a mentor for new employees on KGPCo systems, process and procedures along with subject matter expert

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical schoolAt least two years of related office and/or customer services experienceor equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skillsAbility to establish a strong rapport with customersAbility to prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the Company.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add and subtract 10 digit numbers, to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance

REASONING ABILITY

No major critical thinking required. Work follows established job aids and business rules.
