What You'll Do as a Logistics Account Manager
The Logistics Account Managerroleis for aspiring sales professionalswho aregoal-oriented, self-accountable, detail-focused, and strategic A-Players.
Youwill be provided with the knowledge, skills, and abilitiesessentialtopursueclients and successfully managethe transitof client commodities. You willdevelopandmanageyourbusiness portfolio, acting as thelead contactregarding 24/7/365transportationneeds. The Logistics Account Manager role provides the opportunity to carve yourfinancial freedom through unlimited earning potential.

How You'll Do It
Build a portfolio of clients by actively researching and seeking out prospectsAct as the liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receiversDevelop long-term relationships with clientsand carriersby providing them with excellent customer serviceNegotiate rates with clients and carriersFreight management; ensuring that customer goods are picked up and delivered on time, to the client's satisfactionLocate carriers for negotiated loadsCommunicate daily with customers, carriers, and team membersProactively identify and solve problems

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Business, Communications, or other related field isstrongly preferredSales experience is NOT a requirement; we hire for attitude and train skill!Strongnegotiation,written and verbal communication skillsMust bedetail-orientedwith excellent time managementand multi-taskingskillsMust embody a strong work ethic and desire to learn new sales techniques and strategies in a fast-paced environment
