The Senior Digital Product Manager, in partnership with the VP of Digital Experience, will establish a competency for Digital Product Management within the Digital Experience team. This role has responsibility for understanding consumer (member, customer/employer, provider) needs and business objectives to drive development of consumer facing digital products/experiences. This involves building, maintaining, and optimizing Magellan's digital experiences in support of our consumers. This role is accountable for the digital product roadmap and partnering with technology teams to deliver on the roadmap and influence end-state architecture and experiences. Will leverage user research and analytics to build and optimize Magellan's digital experiences.

• Establishes a competency in Digital Product Management within the organization.


• Supports development of digital product vision aligned to our digital strategy and business objectives.


• Develops and maintains digital product roadmaps.


• Partners with IT teams and 3rd party vendors to plan and prioritize development of consumer facing digital products.


• Partners with Product Innovation and Business team members to understand needs and objectives of the organization.


• Assesses digital analytics and broader insights to define and prioritize features and functionality and optimize experiences.


• Effectively articulates the goals and vision of the experiences we are building and setting appropriate measurement plans.

Responsibilities
8+ years' experience maintaining and developing consumer facing digital products.
Healthcare experience.
Extensive background in digital product management and digital transformation.
Must be a data driven and consumer obsessed professional.
