Currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level, proactive support for the Legal and Risk & Administration teams. The EA will support the VP, Assistant General Counsel and AVP, Risk, Audit, & Admin Services.

The selected individual will provide day to day administrative support, including coordination of meetings and event planning, calendar management, and coordination of travel arrangements. Other key functions include maintaining departmental budget and expenses, creating corporate reports and presentations, administering contract workflow, performing compliance functions, and supporting the Business Continuity Management and Information Security Incident Response programs.

This position is based in our Sarasota, FL corporate headquarters.

Experience


Required


  • * Minimum of four years’ experience working as a Senior or Executive Administrative Assistant in a corporate setting.

  • * Associate’s Degree (Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education).

  • * Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • * Advanced knowledge of and proficiency with various PC applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • * Solid working knowledge of expense or purchasing applications, such as Concur, PeopleSoft, etc.

  • * Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work activities independently.

  • * Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgement, decision-making, and time-management.

  • * Solid working knowledge of standard office procedures and practices.

  • * Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
