A leading ambulatory surgery center located in central New Jersey is now searching for an experienced Director of Nursing Ambulatory Surgery to join their award-winning healthcare system.

This multispecialty surgery center is home to two procedure rooms and five recover bays that provide quality care to a variety of surgical patients. This location is currently performing nearly than 400 procedures each month in a number of surgical specialties. The Director of Nursing will lead all clinical operations of the center including personnel management of 45+ FTEs, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, promotes quality nursing care and professionalism, and assists with cost containment of the center.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN required


• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Jersey or ability to obtain


• Progressive leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery setting
