Partner with the Senior Leadership members, and associated mid-level managers, to understand and implement the organization's business, goals, and strategy related to staffing, talent development, retention, and other HR topics while integrating talent data and analytics to support the business
Collaborate in problem solving to find both practical and strategic solutions
Proactively identify HR challenges and offer solutions to create an effective work environment
Serve as an advisor to managers, supervisors, and employees to enable leaders to execute people processes
Identify opportunities for Lean principles and automation of HR and business partner processes
Support organizational performance and development initiatives
Align with local management team on translating business priorities into an HR agenda
Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of engagement and development issues; resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach, taking into consideration a larger network of complex factors
Build strong partnerships with management and employees to implement personnel actions and create a work environment ready to meet business needs
Support development planning and identification of training opportunities for various leaders and their teams
Support and educate leaders and colleagues to drive inclusion, engagement, and high performance
Appropriately handle confidential situations, including restructuring, when required
Own and report key HR processes including annual salary reviews, employee survey processes, performance management annual cycle, and organizational reviews
Other tasks and responsibilities as the Company continues to grow and evolve
Your profile
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or demonstrated combination of education, training and experience.
Proven experience establishing strong partnerships with functional and business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that directly support the business
Extensive knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service, organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Strong presentation skills. Must be willing to make presentations on HR related topics to large groups both internally and externally
Familiarity with benefits, performance management, and compliance
Demonstrated capability in managing employee relations, as well as promoting and maintaining positive employee relations
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize and prioritize work.
