General Summary: Under moderate supervision, Supervisor assists in supporting store operations of the Reser's Thrift Store

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operates the cash register to service customers


2. Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service.


3. Create schedules, order supplies and write reports


4. Establishes and monitors store security policies and procedures.


5. Maintains employee work schedules and timesheets for non-exempt employees


6. Maintain and control all funds and cash operations.


7. Assists in stocking the store with finished goods when necessary.


8. Maintains a clean and sanitary retail store.


9. Helps load packages to customers' vehicles as necessary.


10. Relieves Outlet Store Associate(s) of duties when necessary.


11. Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.

 

Job Specifications

1. Requires 2-5 years of retail experience.


2. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.


3. Exceptional customer service & leadership skills.


4. Great verbal communication.


5. English/Spanish bilingual a plus.


6. Analytical skills.

 

Working Conditions

1. Retail store with some time in a cooler.


2. Repetitive lifting with packages in excess of 25 lbs. is required.


3. The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.


4. Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
