Job Summary:
The Assistant Resident Care Director is responsible for collaborating with the Resident Care Director in the operations of the nursing department. They assist and support the translation of the assisted living philosophy into nursing practice by participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care delivery system within the assisted living community.
Prior Management and/or Assisted Living experience preferred
