About the Role:

Lead and direct the design and multimedia community of practice and brand expression, setting technical and quality standards and the development of all design/multimedia content creation both in-house and freelance. You will report to our Vice President of Content and Corporate Communications.

You Will:

• Lead creative direction for the Association, imagining and delivering compelling creative across all markets and overseeing the creative expression


• Lead a team of people, following the Association's Management Charter, with managing people being the primary responsibility


• Set and oversee the creative strategy for the Association


• Direct creative strategy, brand expression and brand identity across all visual assets


• Direct the creative work product to be delivered within designated time-frames


• Design and oversee state of-the-art multimedia studios


• Apply design thinking to organization's value propositions and content


• Offer coaching on all development including specialized skills, interpreting brand strategy and audience insights, visual assets and assuring they are aligned with our branding guidelines and overall design expertise.

You Have:

• Previous experience as an art director in an agency setting or multinational corporate entity


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in art-related field


• Demonstrated people management and coaching skills across large multinational teams


• Experience in brand development, brand strategy, design, compliance and application


• Experience managing design and multimedia personnel who have previously worked in an agency or corporate environment


• Knowledge of Design Theories


• Technical multimedia and video production skills


• Expert creative conceptual skills and a wide degree of expertise across modern design and multimedia functions


• Knowledge of legal/compliance matters related to design and multimedia production


• Knowledge of Agile practices
