The Interaction Model Solution Sr. Advisor is responsible for developing and maintaining Conversational AI and the Asynchronous Ticketing System as a solution set. The Interaction Model as a product will require collaborating across Evernorth businesses on a regular basis; key partners include Provider Services and Operations, Evicore Provider Services, Finance, Digital, and Affordability teams. A flexible architecture mindset will encourage you to determine how your solution can enhance the viability of existing solutions as well as be stand alone. Decisions on how to enhance and develop your products will be guided both by what the data is telling us as well as what customers and the industry are asking for. By focusing on a new interaction model, Cigna's Providers across the enterprise will be better supported both in terms of a flexible communication channel and real-time problem solving. Additionally, net promoter scores will benefit from more nimble ways to engage our provider partners.

Key responsibilities:


  • Product management skillset of managing a product through its lifecycle, implementing best practices in the research & development phase of the product lifecycle that focus on demonstrating business value and opportunity to generate earnings.

  • Align with the product development lifecycle to develop a framework for analytics as a stand-alone solution, in addition to enabling existing and other emerging solutions

  • Refine, socialize, and longitudinally maintain a roadmap to build interaction models, and associated solutions, as both a stand-alone solution set and enhancement to existing products

  • Lead/collaborate in PoCs focused on opportunities to bring analytic-driven solutions to market

  • Collaborate with key matrix partners on opportunities to strengthen products with a focus on go to market value

  • Understand overlap across solutions with other parts of the Evernorth businesses

  • Align with workstreams requiring new capabilities to inform business and portfolio requirements and requests

Success metrics


  • Roadmap including:

  • Active PoCs with defined success metrics

  • Component of broader solution to span across Cigna Enterprise

  • Stand alone solution(s)

  • Enhancements with defined goals

  • Pipeline alignment with Digital, SEED, and other identified impacted teams

Experience/Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree required

  • 5-7 years experience in Product Management or Product leadership required

  • 1-3 years experience in AI and/or technical solutions highly preferred

  • 1-3 years experience in insurance or healthcare solutions highly preferred

  • Lean six sigma experience preferred

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $101,100 - $168,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
