Arcosa Aggregate is searching for a Lead Process/Production for our Orla, TX plant. In this role you will support a positive safety culture by producing natural aggregate materials within an aggregate environment that is regulated by MSHA safety standards. You will lead employees and work activities to achieve plant production goals.

Arcosa Aggregates is a leading producer and distributor in the Western and Southwestern U.S. of natural aggregates including crushed stone, sand and gravel, asphalt rock, and other products.

What you'll do:
• Comply with all company and industry safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations
• Lead teams in aggregate processes to ensure quality and timely production with a dredge environment
• Assist maintenance operators, equipment operators, assembly workers and other process operators to complete assignments
• Uphold company policies and processes
• Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasks
• Operate specialized equipment that requires advanced skills
• Train, instruct and direct work activities of employees
• Monitor and adapt processes and scheduling to accomplish manufacturing goals
• Function as a team leader by directing the work of others
• Cover and fill-in vacated positions as needed to meet production
What you'll need:
• Prompt, regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required and lift weights up to 60 pounds
• Ability to work in a varied outdoor environment (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy) High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
• Ability to demonstrate independent judgment, resourcefulness and effective leadership
• Ability to solve and identifies complex problems using advanced technical knowledge and creativity within a dredge environment
• Ability to walk up and down elevated controls; stand and bend for extended periods of time; climb stairs and elevated catwalks Ability to lift 60lbs
