Position Overview

Partners with assigned business units to provide administrative and operational support while contributing to projects that help drive execution of each units' goals.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities


  • Manages projects for assigned business units

  • Resolves minor operational issues with guidance from the business unit leader

  • Communicates business unit strategy, input, and objectives as assigned

  • Resolves operational and administrative issues for supported business units

  • Works to meet needs of business unit leaders and team members

  • Stays up to date on Company-wide initiatives and uses knowledge to support assigned business units

  • Conducts research to support analysis and inquiries regarding business initiatives

  • Supports the Corporate Secretary and other Corporate Business Partners by assisting with Company-wide projects/events and/or business units

  • Coordinates onsite and offsite meetings/events for business unit leaders and serves as main point of contact for all aspects of meetings/events; provides support preparing for and during meetings/events

  • Drafts and sends communications on behalf of assigned business units

  • Performs administrative functions, including but not limited to, calendar management, office supply orders, expense reports and document management for business unit leaders and their teams, as requested

  • Exercises strong communication skills to interact with employees in all areas of the company as well as external vendors and partners

  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality regarding company, customer, vendor, and employee information

  • May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related field

  • 2 years' related experience; Community Coffee experience may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources.
