Position details:

The Implementation Manager is responsible for effectively working with key stakeholders within the company and customers while adapting quickly to change business priorities.  The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing, tracking and supporting a variety of projects simultaneously throughout all project phases of implementation. The Implementation Manager is the key stakeholder responsible for navigating our client’s through a successful implementation process.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage, track, support and report on a variety of projects and project resources as assigned

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously that focus on core, mid-market and potential enterprise client implementations

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date project plans and manage project’s day-to-day tasks

  • Deliver accurate and timely project status updates throughout all project phases

  • Identify risk and actively pursue effective risk management strategies for our clients

  • Actively manage project resources in terms of project deliverables and timeframes

  • Management of internal staff expectations as well as client project expectations, working with vendors and assuring milestone dates are being met

  • Ensuring a high level of communication between internal staff, 3rd party vendors and client on project status as well as escalation management

  • Attend, lead and facilitate project meetings with internal team and client

  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of the customer’s strategic direction, needs and organizational structure and communicating that effectively to all internal parties.

  • Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout project phases

  • Document workflows and processes and update project status within Salesforce

  • Other duties as assigned

Travel: 


  • Ability to travel 10%

 Education and Experience: 


  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum of two years of related experience involving project management, EMR implementation, clinic management or related fields 

  • Basic understanding of software architecture and hardware requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Escalation Management experience

  • High level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Proven presentation skills

  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management

  • Proficient in Windows based applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneNote, Project Management tools and Salesforce

Preferred: 


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • PMP Certification and Project Management experience

  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes

  • Experience working in Healthcare or Software Development
