Nemours is seeking a New Provider Liaison to join our team that supports the Delaware Valley and Florida campuses.

This position is responsible for facilitating and coordinating all requirements for newly hired Nemours credentialed providers. This position is a remote hybrid consisting of work from home and onsite hours.

Essential Functions:

• Complete pre-screens as required for all potential physician candidates.
• Assist with meeting physician candidates to set clear expectations if an offer is made and accepted.
• Assist with providing ongoing training for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in sending offer letters and relevant documents via FedEx in a timely manner
• Work as liaison between the physician/provider and the Credentials Department, Medical Staff Services, Provider Enrollment and Human Resource Department.
• Obtain necessary documents for completion of physician/provider credentialing in compliance with Credentials policies and Staff Bylaws.
• Enter and upload all relevant documents into the New Physician/Provider Tracker.
• Coordinates with license vendors to obtain State license, Controlled Substance Registration and Drug Enforcement Administration Certificate.
• Facilitate communication between providers and the C redentials Department/Enrollment Department/ S tate Medical Boards to ensure all partner hospital and licensing requirements are met within the time frame provided.
• Follow reliable methods/procedures to accomplish tasks and assist with maintaining or revising reliable methods.

• Associates Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 - 5 years job related experience.
• Ability to utilize external web search engines (State Medical Licensing Boards, Drug Enforcement Administration, State Controlled Substance Boards, Professional organizations/societies).
