Position Summary:
Entering customer invoices into customer specific payment portals in order for SunSource to be paid. Communicate to departments within SunSource when an invoice is not able to be entered or rejected. Monitor the portals for messages from the customer and distribute to appropriate parties.

Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices into customer payment portals on a daily basis
• Send rejections to the proper analyst or customer service rep
• Follow up on rejections to be sure the invoice is entered
• Handle the invoicing mailbox from emailed invoice kick backs
• Distribute to the correct analyst to handle
• Run all credit card payments
• Any other duties assigned

General Education and Experience

• High school/ GED diploma
• Computer skills (excel, outlook, Microsoft office)
