CSN Lincoln is currently offering a $1000 Hiring Bonus for candidates who apply through 08/17/22 and are successfully hired.
The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200- First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training, $300- 3 months of employment and all training complete, $500- 6 months of employment.
*Applicants previously employed by CSN within the past 6 months are not eligible for this bonus.

The PC provides leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of work completed by the Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. PC also coordinates meetings and activities with team members, guardians and service coordinators to develop and maintain positive individual support programming for people receiving services.

What Youll need
High school diploma or GED2 years relevant experience in human services or health care fieldValid drivers license and current auto insurance.Reliable vehicle to transport during shiftPass all background checksAbility to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.Knowledge of clinical and social services documentation procedures and standards.Knowledge of community health services and social services support agencies and networks.
