We are looking for a talented Mining Marketing Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team based out of Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid).

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Plan, manage and produce communications and related materials to meet Cummins strategies and objectives.


• Manage, coach and mentor professional/hourly staff; providing guidance and direction, delegates work appropriately.


• Lead, mentor and coach the development of Integrated Marketing Plans (IMPs), implementing tactics to support the marketing strategies identified.


• Lead partnerships with business unit colleagues to drive industry initiatives as needed.


• Set targets for data driven decisions; compiles, analyzes, and utilizes metrics and data that measure performance of marketing tactics.


• Innovate and lead continuous improvement in activities to connect with customers, communicate messages, and drive online conversions and leads.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree communications, marketing, or a related subject required. MBA, Master's in Communications, Master's in Marketing, or equivalent degree highly preferred.


• Minimum of five years recent/relevant experience, to include to work in marine and/or like-type industries.


• Experience in driving industry initiatives with corporate business units.


• Experience in developing and driving implementation of IMPs regionally and globally
