This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of all Zimmer Biomet exhibit properties at industry conventions/tradeshows and sawbone workshops for industry and company medical education courses. This position also develops business plans to support corporate goals, objectives and the company sales plan, and is responsible for facilitation of several activities within the demo bank including quality control of demos/sets and the annual audit.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities


  • Responsible for helping to develop clean, modern looking exhibit properties/graphics and product and interactive displays that support and meet the market/brand groups' selling/marketing efforts at industry convention/tradeshows, and that represent Zimmer Biomet in the most effective and impactful way.

  • On-site coordination of industry conventions/tradeshows, working with multiple vendors to ensure a successful show. Duties include but are not limited to oversight of: tradeshow set-up; on-site personnel; information counter; catering; and tear-down, while providing the highest level of Customer First service.

  • Assist with demo bank to ensure all product displays and workshop equipment contain the most current products and are in working order per marketing/brand standards; ensuring the demo bank is organized and the reservation database is properly maintained; execution of an annual demo bank audit.

  • Partnering with the communications group to ensure all graphics are current and reflect Zimmer Biomet's current corporate messaging/branding strategy.

  • Coordination of all sawbones workshops/In Kind Request for industry courses and company medical education courses; duties to include but are not limited to: working with event planners and medical education for internal courses and marketing and industry organizations for industry courses to ensure the proper workshop equipment and sawbones models are sent to the course; be on-site coordinator; and work with demo bank and marketing to ensure all equipment is up-to-date and in proper working order.

  • Assisting in all industry cadaveric workshops, including planning & communication with ZBI Lab Manager/3rd Party event Planner, coordination with the proper industry body, and on-sight duties as required.

Expected Areas of Competence


  • Must have experience with industry conventions / tradeshows.

  • Must be customer-focused, extremely well organized, energetic, and detail-oriented.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Preferably have experience working with compliance and legal and ZWI's and SOP's.

  • Strong Project and Time Management skills

  • Strong communication and management skills

  • Strong meeting Industry Experience

  • Must possess strong decision-making/problem-solving skills and can manage multiple programs.

  • Ability to learn and participate in cadaver lab training events

Education/Experience Requirements


  • High School diploma required. Associates degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience required, such as conventions/tradeshows or experience in organizing large meetings.

Travel Requirements

Up tp 50%

This position is located in Warsaw, IN and will be required to come into the office 3 times a week and 2 days remote.
