YOUR ROLE

  • Executes the product and technology strategy regionally within the given portfolio responsibility


  • Manages and optimizes product profitability and COGs projects on a global level in alignment with Regional Product Management


  • Support product launch activities (cost estimation, align on product branding and naming, manufacture site selection, bridging gaps between business and operations etc.)


  • Manages special pricing approvals; support business/Marketing to set up new product pricing in alignment with the price of existing product and technologies


  • Prioritizes raw material replacement projects and monitor the raw material change projects with no business disruption, protect existing business


  • Supports innovation product launches with cross-functional teams, creating product article numbers and drive the timely completion, coordinate new product forecast, and bridge gaps between operations and business


  • Supports product article extension to import regions/countries, coordinate the critical supply issues and regulatory issues for extended product in the region


  • Coordinates the critical supply issue, quality issue and regulatory issue, help operations and supply chain to address the issues and mitigate the impact to business


  • Manages all the product change notice to make sure Sales and Customers are notified in a timely manner

The
salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00. This is the range that we in
good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We
may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only
applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may
also be modified in the future.
