Qualifications:

• 
  Proof of high school or highest earned diploma


• 
  Reliable form of transportation



• RBT and/or experience with children with autism is a plus!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Behavior Technicians provide direct face to face Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children with autism in their home, school, or community settings.

• 
  Behavior Technicians will teach children with autism how to communicate, play, make friends, and function more independently, while helping resolve challenging behaviors



• Work under the direction of a program supervisor




• Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data on child's treatment goals




• Work with families to support their child's progress




• Able to lift at least 25 lbs




• Able to sit (on the ground) for extended periods of time and move with ease




• Able to see, hear, articulate (e.g. for client safety, teaching of language and other skills, etc.)



• 
  Able to use/manipulate small technological devices
