A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Collections in Grapevine, Texas (TX). The Collections Representative will take inbound and make outbound calls, about 150 - 200 a day, and the position is on a dialer. They will also make payment arrangements and take payments for customer's accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of collections experience
Must be very customer service oriented
Must be upbeat and positive
Any relevant education and training will be considered a plus
