A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Email Marketing Specialist in Pleasanton, California (CA).
Summary:
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who is detail oriented, technically savvy, analytical, data driven, and hyper focused on driving CRM campaigns for our ecommerce and loyalty customers. This key Marketing Operations role will partner with analytics, ecommerce, loyalty, product management, and technology partners to lead efforts to convert loyalty and ecommerce customers. An Email Marketing Specialist will increase frequency, reduce churn, improve retention of existing customers by developing, executing lifecycle marketing, and always-on campaigns across Email, Push Notification, SMS and In-app channels.
Responsibilities include:
Build, proof, revise emails, and templates in Adobe Campaign Standard and Adobe Experience Manager
Work with business partners to define requirements and KPIs for marketing campaigns
Email Marketing Specialist will communicate with internal team members to gather creative requirements
Collaborate with teams to operationalize, build, and run campaigns
Focus on campaign development, optimization, automation, and channel management
Email Marketing Specialist will provide actionable campaign optimization insights based on campaign analysis
Work with stakeholders to define, pilot, and rapidly iterate through rigorous test-and-learn methodology (A/B and multi-variant testing) to achieve desired results
Streamline campaign production by partnering with IT to develop reusable templates, manage planning and production process, and training colleagues
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve HTML assets and revise code where necessary to integrate with internal tools/platform and ensure proper rendering across major email clients as well as browsers
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required
4-6+ years of experience project managing, creating, and executing CRM campaigns using an enterprise marketing platform across large cross-functional teams
3+ years in email and CRM marketing
Experience with robust MarTech and AdTech platforms especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS)
Strong marketing analytics capabilities that allow you to dive into the data and into our software to get insights to inform your team and cross-functional partners
Track record of driving significant results
Strong understanding of database concepts and segmentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
A/B or multivariate tests and campaign versioning
Dynamic and/or personalized module insertions
QA for content and rendering across platforms and devices
Handle change requests quickly and efficiently
Develop new data-driven campaigns, and personalization initiatives
Help define complex segment criteria
Partner and collaborate with other members of the production/operations team to ensure knowledge sharing and process efficiencies
General understanding of Email and Mobile marketing best practices
Understanding of QA process and how to QA other's work
Taking ownership of programs and working with cross-functional business stakeholders
Strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously
Great communication and collaboration skills
