Projects the candidate will be working on:

• The candidate will work on enhancing a digital capability called "Behavioral Health Care Explorer".




• This capability is offered to our members and soon to be offered to our call center agents/advocates who can administer an assessment for BH members.

Ideal Background:

• At least 5 years on hands on ReactJS experience.




• At least 7 years in building software in a professional setting.




• At least 2 years working on Agile/Scrum.

Experience:

• Great problem solver, excellent communicator, innovative thinker

Team and Team size:

• Agile Scrum team of 3-4 engineers. Candidate is expected to work in a dev lead capacity




• 1 PO, 3-4 engineers

Top Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ReactJS UI components




• Lead and mentor junior engineers.




• Code reviews.




• Partner with other teams/collaborate with other engineers on a regular basis to get work done
