What You Will Be Doing - Provide daily leadership and supervision to the construction projects
- Create a safe, clean, and productive environment on the jobsite
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations
- Commercial construction projects, including: General Contracting, Construction Management, Design Build, and Civil construction projects
- Lead and coach trade partners through Pull Plans, Weekly Work Plans, Daily Huddles and other regular onsite, planning meetings via the Last Planner System
What You Need for this Position - Construction Scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, including running meetings and public speaking.
- Ability to read and fully understand construction specifications and drawings
- Basic understanding of iAuditor, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, preferred.
- 10 years supervisory experience
