What You Will Be Doing The Owners Rep provides overall supervision of the assigned project portfolio. The OR manages all phases of the project under the BFR business unit. The BFR OR is solely responsible for and will be held accountable for the timely completion of the projects within the business unit. An Owners Representative, in its most basic definition, is the person who represents the owner on a project and has a fiduciary responsibility to the owner. The Owners Representative will help the organization by assisting and representing the team when a third-party construction firm is hired. The Owners Representative advocates for the owners goals in a development project and ensures its proper close-out and the successful takeover of the property management company or selling of the project.

What You Need for this Position Experience in a Management Level Position
Understanding of Construction Processes
Provide direction to and resolve problems as required
Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
Communicate using the following tools: telephone, fax machine, written logs, email, and computer.
Having a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Smartsheets and Gantt Charts
Customer Service manages difficult or emotional team member situations; Responds promptly to needs
Organized and can manage time to maximize the day
