-THIS POSITION IS REMOTE UNTIL OCTOBER. At that point, all employees will be going back into the office in Milpitas 3 days/week

What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for evaluating new packaging technology, providing package recommendation for custom devices, substrate design support, device/package qualification, package selection and routing techniques.
What You Need for this Position B.S. in EE or similar

10+ years of experience with:
- Packaging Design
- Semiconductor Packaging
- Package layout
