We are looking for a tenured Senior Designer to come join our office on a hybrid schedule. We are looking for a creative, motivated and technically sound Designer to help assist with immediate needs. We focus on a wide array of different typologies from Residential, Commercial, Mixed use, Hospitality and others.
What You Will Be Doing - Help lead, coordinate and collaborate with others in the office
- Assist project managers in developing contract/proposal budgets in coordination with the marketing group
- Mentor junior and senior design staff on the process of design solutions
- Acting as an expert resource
- Attend/lead projects and consulting meetings
- Interacting with clients and representing the firm in a professional manner
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors degree in Architecture
- Minimum 12 years of experience
- Design expertise in one or more market areas
- Knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer application and trends
