We are a construction company that works primarly throughout the Southeastern United States. Our company has been in business for over 45+ years and continues to be recognized for our numerous college campus renovations and many design build projects for private businesses and state businesses throughout the mid atlantic. Our company's projects range from 3 million to 500million in the Mid-Atlanitc area and we are looking for a quality Estimator to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing -Having to comlete whole project estimates on the current construction project at hand by using On-screen-takeoff and bluebeam
-Working closely with your Senior PM and Vice president to estimate the type of construction service that is being offered. Design Build, New Construction, Pre- Construction etc
-You will be evaluting your subcontractors and vendor proposals in order to account and document for your administration
-Using Microsoft office and having a expert working level in Excel
What You Need for this Position - 7+ years of Construction Estimating with general contractors and working closely with Owners
- Proficiency with MS Office/Excel software
- Proficiency in On Screen Take-off (OST)
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in quantitative take-offs
