Technical Program Manager *Title:* Technical Program Manager - Wireless Development
*Location:* This role is mainly *REMOTE* w/ occasional on-site at our Boulder, CO facility. --We can provide relo assistance
*Salary:* $150,000- $170,000 + bonus

What You Will Be Doing - Responsible for managing and facilitating cross-functional product development programs/projects for our product lines under our WiFi/Wireless portfolio
- Responsible for leading complex development of software/hardware programs, which include managing tasks involving planning, design, and development, test, beta, as well as production
- Facilitate the definition of new products and manage software and hardware development programs
- Lead (and participate) core team meetings and timely communications between cross-functional team members
- Proactively identify and encourage the use of productivity improvement tools and time-to-market enhancements
What You Need for this Position -BS degree or better in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
-Experienced with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
-Experience managing technology development (preferably mobile) programs with software, hardware, embedded, and/or mechanical development
- Demonstrated experience with leading cross-functional, global teams
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Effective servant leadership of multi-discipline core teams

Bonus points:
- PMP cert and Agile Scrum Master Cert
- Experience in telecommunications, telephony, mobile devices, and/or mobile development is a huge plus!
