This RN Cardiac Associate Director will join a large health system that has been serving patients and communities for over 50 years. The Associate Director will report to the Director of Cardiovascular Services. Supported by Nurse Supervisors, the Associate Director will focus on ensuring the Cardiac and Telemetry department are performing at an optimal level and patients are receiving the highest level of quality care. This RN Cardiac Associate Director will also work alongside outstanding physicians and excellent technologists who share the common goal of providing successful procedures for patients. The Associate Director will also work with the Director in order to review the financial budget, department goals, and to ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
