YOUR ROLE

• 
  Facilitates / manages development and execution of AO Americas Strategic Framework
  
  


• Enables project management excellence through the deployment of policies, processes (incl. reviews), and latest project management methodologies
  


• Assess organizational capability, key roles, skill/talent requirements, recommend organization blueprint design
  


• Collaborates with top / senior management on all aspects of the organization's business development policies and initiatives
  


• Develop, support, and execute, Feasibility Studies, Merger & Acquisition, Manufacturing Footprint


• Optimization, Continuous Improvement projects in the field of Operations & Supply Chain
  


• Drives process for global strategic resource allocation and organizational design (Target Structure)

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, Master's Degree preferred


• 10+ years' experience from the fields of, Operations and Supply Chain, Consulting and/or General Business, to include 5+ years of relevant project management or PMO management experience.


• Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects, and the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously


• Highly efficient in dependency mapping, risk management, resource planning and project level financial management


• Knowledgeable and experienced in efficient change management methods
