What You Will Be Doing Typical duties include, but are not limited to, assisting estimators with bid preparation, assisting project managers with project administration, assisting superintendents with planning and tracking, procurement and engineering.

Minimum education requirement is an Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar degree.

Required personal qualities include strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently; a strong work ethic with the ability to follow through and get the job done; the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and deadlines.

Required professional skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft office software; the ability to learn other application software.

Additionally desired professional skills include proficiency with Spectrum (formerly Dexter + Chaney) Accounting Software, Bid 2 Win Estimating and Tracking Software, HCSS HeavyJob, Primavera P6 Scheduling Software, AGTEK Takeoff Software; Safety Training; First Aid and CPR; SWPPP Training.
