Administrative Assistant

PSI, an Intertek company, is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our Building & Constructionteam in our Westminster, Colorado office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in the architectural, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry!

How you'll make an impact at Intertek:

  • Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software.
  • Perform various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.
  • Research a wide variety of information requests.
  • May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions.
  • Understands and uses effective research methodologies to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Monitors and maintains information on research made and possible leads and communicates to Operations Management.
  • Sales support and proposal writing.

What it takes to be successful in this role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1+ years' experience in an administrative assistant role is required.
  • 1+ years' experience in project coordination preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames
