What You Will Be Doing Superintendents are responsible for leading our electrical teams on the job site. Superintendents have a well versed knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a strong passion for safety, training, leadership development, and commitment to excellence. What You Need for this Position History of managing large projects (15+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously, or singular large projects)
effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.
Consistently meeting or exceeding productivity goals.
Familiar with estimating software.
Conducts jobsite safety evaluations.
Develops and integrates project schedule effectively with other trades.
Effectively communicates areas of concern/opportunity to PM in order to maintain or improve margin.
Effectively conducts and navigates through difficult conversations resulting in a positive outcome.
Has successfully developed a successor to move to the Foreman position.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
