We are searching for a candidate who is looking to jump into a managerial type role with the opportunity for growth into a VP level role down the line. What You Will Be Doing - Oversee all aspects of construction, such as: estimating, project management, contract negotiations, scheduling. & budgeting
- Lead meetings with owners & architects and answer any questions
- Manager multiple projects at the same time
- Hold all team members accountable at the highest level
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Manager or equal amount of time in the field
- 5+ years of Construction Management experience
- Prior experience with Wood Framed Construction
- Familiarity with Microsoft Software
- Strong communication skills
- Multi-tasking capability
