Drives sales development and growth with assigned customer portfolio and newly developed leads, where needed with new projects/development programs.
Executes local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with company strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers
Manages new leads and lead qualification within assigned customer scope
Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
Works closely with others and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience
Executes pricing actions
Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective growth opportunities
Performs regular check of Supplier Portals including supplier news, quality / audit issues and production data updates of major accounts
Manages escalation requests from customers.
