What You Will Be Doing The Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and quality. Additionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentation. Project Managers help lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved, including subcontractors, owners, and their Winter team-mates.
What You Need for this Position 2+ years of relevant commercial and industrial project management experience and:

- Bachelors Degree
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Project experience with commercial work
- Effective deadline management skills
- Advanced PEMB experience
- Self-motivated
