Purpose of Job:Merchandises product, which includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization and movement of product from storage to the sales floor.
Job Duties:
Shelves and displays product according to company standards, as well as rotates product in assigned accounts.
Develops good customer relations.
Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage areas in orderly fashion.
Determines next day order for delivery.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered, in lieu of high school diploma or GED.
Must be over 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain an ABC Salesman or Solicitor Permit.
Ability to adapt to a constantly-changing environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good math skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good driving habits.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to meet PBV driving qualifications.
Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
Physical Requirements:
Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand, lift up to 85 pounds, and push/pull 300 – 2400 pounds with the assistance of a pallet jack.
Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk.
Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb and sit.
